Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. The only exception is that a booking may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial reservation deposit, provided the cancellation occurs more than seven (7) days before the scheduled charter date.
After this 24-hour period, deposits become strictly non-refundable.
